NDIS Psychology Reports
A psychological report from a registered psychologist provides the clinical evidence NDIS planners need to make informed funding decisions. Without the right clinical documentation, plans can come back lower than they should, supports can be missed and families can spend months trying to fix something that could have been addressed from the beginning.
Our reports are grounded in standardised assessment, draw on information from parents, teachers and the participant, and are written in NDIS-appropriate language that clearly and compellingly communicates functional impact and support needs.
You may need an NDIS psychology report if:
- Your child or young person has received a diagnosis and you need supporting clinical documentation for their NDIS plan
- You have an upcoming plan review and need updated clinical evidence of functional support needs
- Your current funding does not reflect the real level of support your child requires
- You need a psychological sign-off as part of an access request, change of circumstances or early plan review
- Your previous NDIS application was declined and you need stronger clinical evidence

Funding and Fees:
NDIS funding is accepted for self-managed and plan-managed participants under Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living Support. Fees are charged in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits at $252.99 per hour.
Report writing is billed at 3 hours ($758.97). For participants who are new to the practice, a 1 hour telehealth intake session is included prior to report writing, allowing us to get to know the participant and gather the background information needed to prepare the most thorough and well-informed report possible. This brings the total to 4 hours ($1,011.96). For existing clients already receiving therapy, report writing can commence without an additional intake session.
Please confirm that sufficient funding is available within your current NDIS plan and obtain approval from your plan manager or support coordinator prior to commencing services.
