1. Scope of Services

This site provides general mental health education and digital resources for young people (12–25) and their families. All therapy services are delivered separately via Zanda Health, a secure platform for bookings, telehealth, and clinical management. Educational content (e.g., articles, downloads, online courses) is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.

2. Information We Collect

Administrative Information: Includes your name, contact details, appointment history, Medicare and billing information, referral details, consent forms, and other documentation.

Clinical Records: Collected by your psychologist to support assessment and treatment. This includes psychological and medical history, presenting concerns, and related information. We are ethically and legally required to maintain accurate records and cannot exclude specific information upon request.

3. Use & Storage of Information

Records are securely stored via encrypted, Australian-based systems in line with APS ethical guidelines and the Australian Privacy Principles. Your information is used solely to deliver psychological services and manage your care.

While consent can be withdrawn at any time, we are required to retain clinical and administrative records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

4. Disclosure of Information

Information may be disclosed when:

  • Required by law (e.g., subpoenas, AHPRA investigations)

  • Necessary for care coordination (e.g., sharing with referring doctors)

  • Obligated for Medicare, insurance, or debt collection (minimum necessary only)

  • Serious risk of harm to self or others is identified

In legal matters, records may be provided to the court or relevant parties only with your written consent unless required by subpoena. Where possible, you will be informed of such disclosures.

5. Access to Your Records

You may request access to your clinical records in writing, addressed to your treating psychologist. Access may be subject to review based on ethical obligations.

6. Website Analytics & Cookies

We use cookies to enhance user experience and monitor site performance. Cookies can be disabled in your browser settings. Data is anonymised and used solely to improve services.

7. Communication

Email and SMS are used to send invoices, receipts, appointment reminders, and service-related information, including booking management. These channels are not monitored outside of business hours and should not be used for urgent or crisis-related matters.

SMS is used strictly for appointment reminders, booking updates, and relevant service information. It is not used for marketing purposes and is not monitored outside of business hours.

If you call us, please note that we may be in session and unable to answer phone calls immediately. If you reach our voicemail, kindly leave a message including:

  • Your full name

  • The reason for your call

  • Your preferred method of contact (phone, SMS, or email)

  • Suitable times for a return call or message

We aim to respond as soon as possible during business hours. To protect your privacy, please do not include sensitive or personal information in voicemails, SMS, or emails.

All payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS-compliant third-party providers. Card details are encrypted and never stored by Nataliya Vacic Psychology.

We are committed to affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent clients, and those from diverse cultural backgrounds. Young people are supported in choosing who is involved in their care, in line with legal and ethical frameworks.

10. Social Media & Communication Boundaries

Our social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) are used solely for education and updates. We do not:

  • Accept follow/friend requests from clients

  • Communicate about clinical matters via social media

  • Provide psychological support through social channels

11. Supporting Young People (12–25)

We provide developmentally informed, collaborative support for adolescents and young adults. Where appropriate, and with consent, we involve parents or guardians while respecting the young person’s autonomy and privacy.

12. Testimonials & Advertising

In compliance with AHPRA guidelines, we do not publish testimonials related to psychological services. Any reviews displayed relate only to educational, non-clinical offerings.
