Quality Care, Delivered in 48 Hours

We make it easy for you to get the support you need. Focus on your well-being, and we’ll handle the details.

  • We welcome NDIS participants who are self-managed and plan-managed. Our NDIS session fee is $222.99 in accordance with the NDIS pricing arrangements and limits (2024-2025), and we keep this consistent across both types of management.

We believe in fair and ethical pricing for all clients, regardless of how your funding is handled.

  • To access Medicare rebates, simply book a longer appointment with your GP and let them know you need mental health support. If suitable, they’ll provide a referral and a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP).

With a valid MHCP, you can claim a $96.65 Medicare rebate per session for up to 10 sessions a year. Our fee is $260, so your out-of-pocket cost will be $163.35 after the rebate is processed into your account within the week.

  • If you have private health insurance with extras that cover mental health, you may be able to claim a rebate for your sessions. Check with your provider to see what’s included in your policy and whether you need a referral. Each fund is different, so rebate amounts and limits may vary. Just let us know at the time of booking, and we can give you an invoice to submit your claim directly with your insurer.

  • We understand that finances can sometimes be a barrier and we never want that to stop you from accessing the care you deserve. If you’re feeling stressed about costs, talk to us. We’re more than happy to arrange a flexible payment plan that works for you, so you can prioritise your mental health without added pressure.

At the heart of our work is a simple, powerful belief: healing happens when you feel seen, safe, and supported. Reaching out for help takes courage, and we honour that by offering a space where you're met with deep respect, and understanding.

Led by a registered psychologist, our online practice offers more than just evidence-based therapy. We bring a human touch to the process, one that feels relational, not clinical. Our work is built on collaboration, where your story, your pace, and your process are all held with compassionate care.

We’re here to help you make sense of your emotions, understand the patterns that shape your experience, and recognise the strengths that have carried you this far. This isn't about “fixing“ you. It's about reconnecting with the parts of you that already know how to heal and move forward.
