Yes — therapy is delivered securely online, making it accessible to anyone across Australia. Some psychological assessments can also be completed online, while others may require an in-person component. We provide in-person assessment appointments across QLD and NSW when needed. If you’re unsure which option is right for you, we’re happy to chat and guide you toward the best fit.

The number of sessions is different for everyone. We’ll tailor a plan around your goals, preferences, and what feels supportive for you — whether that’s short-term therapy or longer-term care.
